Your Child’s Partner in Development

Early Intervention is a public program that is funded by New York State and available to children who are suspected of having a developmental delay or disability from ages birth to three years old. All services under the Early Intervention program are at no out of pocket cost to parents but the health insurance may be accessed for reimbursement of the services provided to eligible children and their families through the Early Intervention program. However, health insurance is not required to participate in the EIP.
